Meet Tiffanie
As Vice President of Client Services, Tiffanie is the cornerstone of our client support operations. She manages the bulk of administrative client tasks, ensuring prompt and clear communication. From setting up new accounts to handling ad hoc client requests, Tiffanie makes sure every client stays informed on the status of their needs and receives exceptional service throughout their journey.
Tiffanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. With 17 years of experience at a Fortune 500 life insurance company, she’s skilled in everything from processing new business applications to leading multi-million-dollar software implementation projects as a project lead and business systems analyst. She also served as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at a reverse mortgage company, focusing on enterprise-wide system enhancements and workflow automation.
Outside of work, Tiffanie is a devoted mother of two and has been happily married to her husband and best friend for over a decade. She enjoys spending time outdoors (as long as it’s not too cold!), attending live music concerts, and sharing family moments watching Lego BrickMasters — a favorite show especially loved by her youngest. At home, there’s a fun and friendly rivalry between Marvel and DC fans that keeps things lively.
